Hi, I'm Bren...
I am a certified dog groomer and trainer based in Choppington, Northumberland, dedicated to promoting the wellbeing of dogs through compassionate, evidence-based care.
Since 2018, I have supported clients throughout the North East—and beyond—with a broad spectrum of behavioural and training needs, including grooming-related anxiety, canine reactivity, early-stage puppy development, and assistance dog training.
In addition to in-person services, I also offer online training sessions, providing accessible, personalised guidance no matter your location.
I currently host weekly Puppy Classes in Blyth and am in the process of expanding to additional venues.
Wherever you are and whatever your training goals may be, I am committed to delivering professional, tailored support to help you and your dog thrive.
Puppy School

Our six-week Puppy School course is held at The Isabella Community Centre in Blyth (NE24 5JF) every Tuesday at 6:00 PM.
To ensure a calm and effective learning environment, each class is limited to a maximum of six puppies. This allows each participant the space and time to explore, learn, and engage with the training at their own pace—without the added pressure of social interaction until they are ready.
The course focuses on essential foundation skills including loose lead walking, reliable recall, confidence building, cooperative handling, and bed games. These skills are designed not only to encourage positive early development but also to help prevent common behavioural issues from arising.
Participants will receive weekly written summaries to assist with homework, along with complimentary WhatsApp support and optional video analysis throughout the course.
Upon completion, each puppy will receive a personalised certificate as a keepsake of their progress.
Once your place in Puppy School is confirmed, you will receive a welcome email with your start date, a list of items to bring, and a copy of our Terms & Conditions.
The full cost of the course is £150.00 per puppy. A £25.00 deposit is required to secure your place, with the remaining balance due one week prior to the course start date. To begin the registration process, please click the button below to complete the intake form—we look forward to welcoming you and your puppy to class.
