1-to-1 Dog Training & Behaviour Support

Our one-to-one training sessions are fully tailored to the individual needs of you and your dog, providing a highly personalised, supportive learning experience.

This option is ideal if you’d like focused, in-person guidance, a deeper understanding of your dog’s behaviour, or support with more complex training needs.

Initial Training Assessment – £60

All one-to-one training begins with an initial assessment (£60).

This session allows us to:

  • explore your dog’s behaviour in detail

  • understand their history, environment, and daily routine

  • identify the underlying causes of any challenges

  • discuss realistic goals and suitable training strategies

You’ll receive practical advice and guidance during the assessment, even if you choose not to continue with further training.

👉 There is no obligation to book additional sessions following the assessment.

Many owners find the assessment valuable on its own for gaining clarity, reassurance, and direction.

How 1-to-1 Training Works

Initial sessions typically take place in your home, where your dog feels most comfortable and secure. This allows new behaviours to be introduced in a low-stress, familiar environment.

As your dog progresses, training can gradually move into:

  • nearby outdoor spaces

  • real-life walking environments

  • situations relevant to your individual goals

This step-by-step approach helps skills transfer smoothly into everyday life.

Throughout the process, you’ll receive hands-on coaching, clear explanations, and practical tools, giving you the confidence to continue training effectively between sessions.

What We Can Help With

We offer support across a wide range of training and behavioural needs, including:

  • dog reactivity (towards people or other dogs)

  • rescue dog rehabilitation

  • assistance dog foundations

  • resource guarding

  • loose lead walking

  • confidence building

  • general obedience and behaviour modification

All training is ethical, science-based, and adapted to your dog as an individual.

Is 1-to-1 Training Right for You?

One-to-one training is particularly suited to:

  • dogs who need individual attention

  • dogs struggling in group settings

  • owners wanting tailored, in-depth support

  • behavioural concerns requiring a personalised approach

If you’re unsure whether one-to-one training or a group option (such as Canine Club) is the best fit, the initial assessment helps us guide you in the right direction.
